WHAT IS TVET MONTH?

-Is a national campaign held annually in August to promote Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in South Africa. It is an initiative driven by the DHET to raise awareness of the crucial role that TVET Colleges play in equipping young people and adults with practical, market-ready skills.

OUR COMMITMENT?

At Mthashana TVET College, we fully embrace this vision by ensuring our programmes are aligned with industry needs, accessible to all community members, and designed to prepare graduates for meaningful careers. Through our Open Week (18–20 August 2025) and Main Event at Nongoma Campus (21 August 2025), we aim to bring this theme to life by showcasing success stories, industry partnerships, and opportunities for every aspiring artisan, technician, and entrepreneur.
